Copyright Claims
NexConvert respects the intellectual property rights of creators, rights holders, and all third parties. We take copyright infringement seriously and act swiftly on all valid complaints. We do not host, store, or distribute any video or audio content ourselves NexConvert is a conversion tool only.
By using NexConvert, you agree that you will only download content that you have a legal right to access and use. This includes content that is:
- In the public domain.
- Licensed under Creative Commons or a similar open licence.
- Content you have personally created and uploaded to YouTube.
- Content for which you have obtained explicit written permission from the copyright holder.
Downloading copyrighted music, films, or other protected material without authorisation may violate copyright law in your country. NexConvert is not responsible for how users choose to use the tool.
NexConvert operates a strict repeat-infringer policy. Any user found to be repeatedly submitting or downloading content that infringes third-party copyright will have their access to NexConvert terminated without prior notice.
Although NexConvert does not store or host content, we voluntarily comply with the principles of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that activity on NexConvert infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent.
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written notification must include all of the following:
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including a description and, where possible, a URL to an authorised version.
- A description of the material you believe is infringing and enough information for us to locate it.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to all valid, complete notices as promptly as possible. Incomplete or invalid notices will not receive a response.
If you believe material was removed from NexConvert as the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
